I highly recommend Jack Kidwell. Jack has done two jobs for us so far. They have been small jobs, but he brought the same level of professionalism to them as I'm sure he does to a full bathroom and I wouldn't hesitate to use him for major work. His communications are excellent, he turns up when he says he will and does the job with no fuss. He is great at explaining how the problem has occurred and how it can be fixed, which gives one confidence in his work. I know he's also done bigger jobs for at least two other people locally and in our community centre which they have been pleased with. His prices are very reasonable in my opinion.
